Austin S. Haigh is an Associate with the firm. His litigation experience spans defense of personal injury, construction defect, professional liability, insurance, and employment actions. Mr. Haigh’s construction cases involve defending various trades in the building of single-family residential projects, apartment and condominium complexes, and commercial structures.
Mr. Haigh is also well versed in the defense of products and premises liability, automotive liability, legal malpractice, insurance bad faith, sexual harassment, discrimination, and wage and hour actions.
Mr. Haigh’s litigation experiences includes trials in state and federal court, appellate proceedings, mediations, and litigation through alternative dispute resolution.
Throughout his career, Mr. Haigh developed active and responsive relationships to anticipate and meet the needs of his clients. This has yielded positive results, including dismissals of his defense clients in large exposure cases.
Mr. Haigh is admitted to practice before all California State Courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the Northern District of California.
Mr. Haigh received a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He obtained his Bachelors Degree in political science, cum laude, from the University of California, Riverside.
