Kenneth Qualls is an Associate with the firm. He has significant experience in the areas of product liability, construction defect, insurance and government tort liability/civil rights, premises, transportation negligence, wrongful death, construction site accidents, toxic mold cases, and animal liability cases. His construction defect experience includes representation of trade subcontractors and general contractors/developers in cases involving single family homes, apartment/condominium complexes, and large commercial and industrial facilities.
Mr. Qualls’ litigation experience includes jury trials, bench trials, binding arbitrations, mediations, and alternative dispute resolution.
Mr. Qualls’ career spans over 30 years of representing individuals and commercial general liability insurance policy holders, cities, counties, small businesses, and some of the country’s largest corporations.
Mr. Qualls is admitted to practice before all California state courts. He has served as a judge pro tem for the Riverside and San Bernardino Superior Courts. He taught torts for five years at California Southern Law School.
Mr. Qualls received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History, Cum Laude, from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California.
